Christmas Lights and Temple Square!!!

Yeah it's Christmas time....what a wonderful time of year! ;) Brian got the Christmas lights up before it snowed AND we were able to take a trip downtown to see the lights at Temple Square!

What a super trooper, he gets the lights up before the first of December every year.I love the temple in December especially!
Look at my little snow bunny...what a doll!
Paige was SO excited she was skipping, she had other people just laughing at her and enjoying her excitement...that's exactly why we do this every year, she just loves it!
This year they had fun nativities up from different cultures...very cute!
Paige would say, "look how beautiful" to all the different lights...one of her favorites was the trees decorated in "pink" lights.
Here's Paige playing with her "cold, wet leaf".
And who would have thought the flowers would still be blooming during Christmas time?!?!
And of course the reason for the season. We love to go in and see this statue of Christ, every year it is a wonderful teaching moment for the kids. We hope that you remember Christ this Christmas and that you are able to spend it with the ones you hold dear. Thank you for being in our lives...we love you!!! Merry Christmas!!!

Great pictures of temple square. We went over the weekend, too. Super crowded, but it was nice that it wasn't completely freezing!

Sounds like you had a great time. I was driving when I got your text, and it was a super crazy day and we were busy that night and I forgot to reply. So sorry. Glad you had a good time. I need to take my kids there for sure....before it gets too cold.
